Leading Our Organization

The Board of Directors serve on a three-year term, and for a maximum of two consecutive terms. The board makes strategic decisions about VSTE’s activities and oversees the management of VSTE as a non-profit organization. The board currently has one staff member for the organization, a former board member and our current Executive Director, Dr. Karen Richardson.
