Get ready for VSTE2026! We’re excited to invite you to volunteer at this year’s conference, powered by the dynamic theme Connecting Today, Shaping Tomorrow. Your energy and support help make the experience unforgettable for everyone who attends.

Your willingness to volunteer as an attendee makes a huge impact. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and engaging experience while supporting the exciting growth of education and technology across Virginia. Your efforts help spark meaningful connections among educators, innovators, and industry leaders—encouraging them to learn from, collaborate with, and inspire one another.

This is a fantastic chance to contribute behind the scenes, make new friends, and be an essential part of the VSTE2026 experience! Here are some of the ways you can help:

• Bag-stuffing event materials

• Assisting with registration and check-ins

• Supporting breakout sessions

• Supporting our Kid Talks activities

• Guiding attendees

• Ask-me Booth

As a thank you for your support, volunteers will receive:

• A must-have VSTE volunteer T‑shirt to wear during the event and beyond

• Opportunities to network with colleagues from across the state

• Special recognition during the conference

Check back; we'll release the conference volunteer sign‑up sheet closer to the event! It’s a fantastic opportunity to get involved, meet new people, and be part of something amazing. Stay tuned for more details.

If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re here to help.
