VSTE Professional Services

The VSTE Professional Services Team (PST) operates in an effort to meet the professional development (PD) needs and desire for lifelong learning of school divisions and individuals throughout the state. VSTE offers a number of opportunities for professional learning, consulting, coaching, events, and more. The VSTE PST can assist your school or division in many areas of education including:

• Utilizing needs assessments to personalize professional learning with specific tools, platforms, skills, or instructional strategies
• Creating impactful and forward thinking technology professional learning plans
• Collaborating with school leaders and educators to customize events and professional learning to specific initiatives including individual training or full events
• Working with VSTE Certified Coach leaders to take your instructional coaching to the next level
• And so much more, including a build your own PD option!

VSTE recognizes and looks forward to working with educators and leaders that plan for time to implement learning after a professional learning session and then revisit the learning. Consulting

VSTE’s PST can, with ongoing collaboration, transform your school or division. Areas of possible consultation and collaboration include professional learning, instructional modeling, coaching, curriculum, school culture, instruction, meaningful technology integration, and more. Events

VSTE’s PST can collaborate on planning, running, and following up transformational professional learning events both in-person and virtually through Zoom.

Technology Integration Plan

VSTE’s PST can work with leaders in your school or division to evaluate technology integration within your school or division and then utilize this data to strategically plan differentiated professional learning. The PST can also collaborate on needs assessments to inform professional learning.
